DO I GET A REFUND FOR COURSE FEE?

課程或療程費用可否退款?

Fees are strictly non-refundable, non-transferrable and non-exchangeable.

所有已付費用不設退款,不可轉至他人名下,亦不可轉換其他課程或用作購物。

CAN I RESCHEDULE OR HAVE MAKE UP CLASS OF THE ENROLLED COURSE?

課程或療程日期可否更改或安排補課?

We offer make up class or rescheduling for all courses/treatment with advance notice. 
NO make up or rescheduling will be offered for no-show instance.
Please contact us for arrangement details.

所有更改或補課需預先請假及安排,如沒預先通知,缺席課堂均自動取消而不獲補課。

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE IN CASE OF PRODUCTS WITH MANUFACTURING FAULT ?

產品帶有原廠損壞時應如何處理?

If a product is received with a manufacturing fault, you will need to report to us immediately by email with a photo or video of the product showing the faulty part.  The product needs to be returned to us for verification in order to proceed to replacement or refund.   Customers will be responsible for the shipping charges of the return goods.

收到貨品後,如發現貨品帶有原廠損壞,請對損壞部份拍下照片或視頻,立即電郵至touchbringluv@gmail.com 通知我們。損壞貨品需退還給我們用作驗証及申請退款或換取新貨之用。所有退貨運費由顧客自付。

CAN THE PURCHASED PRODUCT BE CHANGED OR REFUND?

已購買的貨品可否退款或轉換另一種貨品?

Products purchased are not changeable to other products.  We only made refund if the products are found to have a manufacturing fault.

已購貨品不可轉換。退款只適用於購買了帶有原廠損壞貨品的顧客。

Yes, if your chosen products are out of stock, please email us with your Pre-order and we will follow up.
